The body material is divided into ordinary cast iron and ductile cast iron. The ductile cast iron body is hot-dip galvanized and has good weather resistance. Special structural design, the height can be adjusted according to actual needs. Easy to install, anti-slip rubber secondary shock-absorbing pads are installed on the upper and lower parts. It is light and strong in appearance, easy to install, and suitable for various types of mechanical internal shock absorbers. The springs have been processed by heat treatment, ED rust prevention, baking and other procedures. Load deflection of 20mm and 40mm can effectively eliminate mechanical structure vibration. The anti-slip rubber at the bottom is easy to install, has high safety, is easy to control and adjust, can effectively eliminate floor vibrations, and is also cheaper.

Damping spring shock absorber installation instructions: Before installing the damping spring shock absorber, please confirm whether the model and specifications of the shock absorber are correct. The compression amount of shock absorbers is generally between 10-25mm. After the shock absorber is placed in the correct position, the fixing bolts need to be removed first, and then the fixed feet of the equipment are installed on the shock absorber and fixed. First, fix the shock absorber with the foundation bolts. Adjust the height of the shock absorber to make the equipment level. Adjust the nut upwards in a clockwise direction and downwards in a counterclockwise direction. After the level is adjusted, connect the pipelines, connecting pipelines next to the machine or water tower. If the load of the shock absorber is increased due to the addition of suspended pipelines, the load of the shock absorber must be increased. An XDD type pipe shock absorber is also installed to avoid insufficient shock absorber load.
